Warsaw sight­seeing — this tour allows us to immerse ourselves in and observe the many con­trasts of the Polish capital city. The tour starts with a walk around the Lazienki Royal Park. Here we will see the famous monument ded­icated to Frederic Chopin, the Palace on the Water and the Theater on the Island. We will con­tinue with transfer to the Old Town (UNESCO) and a short walk around the Old Town: from the Royal Castle, passing next to the Saint John Cathedral, the Market Square and the bar­bacane to the New Town. We will con­tinue to the Krasinski Palace, the Supreme Court bulding. Our itin­erary will con­tinue with the Grand Theatre and the National Opera, the Jablonowscy Palace, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Saxon Garden. We will also go to the former Jewish getto area and the places con­nected to the Holocaust during the Second World War: the Umschlagplatz and the Monument of Heroes of Guetto.

Transfer from Warsaw to Wroclaw.

Welcome to magic Wroclaw – the city of 100 bridges. Its rich history and medieval char­acter attracts mil­lions of tourists every year. The sight­seeing starts by the main entrance of the 13th century Cathedral of St. John the Baptist located on Ostrow Tumski island — the oldest part of Wroclaw. Walking along Odra river bank, we ascend the “Polish Hill” offering the splendid view over the city. Nearby there is the Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice Museum presenting one of the biggest 360o pan­oramic battle scenes in the world, nowadays one of the nation’s symbol. The next pearl on our route is Aula Leopoldina – rep­res­ent­ative baroque hall at the Wroclaw University. Stroll around medieval cobble­stone streets leads to the Market Square, one of the largest in Europe, sur­rounded by old tenement houses with the gothic Town Hall in the centre.

Be impressed by the most famous spots of Lower Silesia Region! Starting the trip from your hotel in Wroclaw, we take you to Churches of Peace in Jawor and Swidnica, the largest timber-framed reli­gious buildings in Europe listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These unique, richly dec­orated churches were erected by the Silesian prot­estants in the 17th century, after the “Thirty-Year” war. Further drive to mag­ni­ficent Ksiaz Castle, the third largest in Poland, dating back to 13th century. During your visit, you will have a chance to admire antique interiors, tower and French style ter­races. Don’t miss a pleasant walk in the gardens sur­rounding the castle. Transfer back to Wroclaw.

> Wroclaw > Tarnowskie Gory > Katowice

Transfer from Wroclaw to Tarnowskie Gory.

Tarnowskie Gory – the city known for his­toric lead-ore mining. It’s silver mine is in the UNESCO Heritage List since 2017. The visit in the Historic Silver Mine starts in an inter­active museum where tourists find out more about methods of silver mining. Later on we explore under­ground trail that is 1,749 meters long and 270 meters are trav­elled by boats along mine adit.

> Katowice > Auschwitz-Birkeanu > Kalwaria Zebrzydowska > Krakow

Transfer from Katowice to Auschwitz-Birkenau.

All over the world, Auschwitz has become a symbol of terror, gen­ocide and the Holocaust. It was estab­lished by the Nazis in 1940, in the suburbs of the city of Oswiecim (Auschwitz in German) which, like other parts of Poland, was occupied by the Germans during the Second World War. A visit to con­cen­tration and exterm­in­ation camp museum might help you to com­prehend what incomprehensible.

Free time for lunch and transfer to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.

Kalwaria Zebrzydowska (UNESCO) — an excep­tional place and a famous sanc­tuary of the Via Crusis. The beau­tiful ensemble of pic­tur­esque chapels, inserted in the beau­tiful land­scape of the Beskidy moun­tains is an example of the perfect union of material culture and the spir­itual and reli­gious sphere.

Krakow is the cul­tural capital of Poland with Old Town listed as UNESCO Heritage. During the tour you would see Barbican and defensive walls with Florian’s Gate, the Main Market Square with Sukiennice Cloth Hall, St Mary’s Church and Town Hall Tower. We would proceed to the Jagiellonian University, pass by Archbishop Palace (where John Paul II used to live) as well as St Andrew’s Church and St Peter and Paul’s Church to reach the Wawel Hill.

Transfer from Krakow to Wieliczka the most beau­tiful and the oldest oper­ating salt mine in the world (UNESCO Heritage). From over 700 years it was a source of Polish fortune and a physical fun­dament of culture. Today Wieliczka is the most will­ingly visited Polish tourist object with mag­ni­ficent chapels, charming under­ground lakes and ori­ginal tools and equipment. During this tour you could see a number of excavated chambers on 3 levels adorned with beau­tiful sculp­tures made of salt as well as a salt museum. Transfer back to Krakow.

Ride through the trail of wooden churches (UNESCO Heritage) in southern Malopolska region; stops in Lipnica Murowana and Binarowa.

Continue to Zamosc.

In the afternoon arrive in Zamosc and stroll through the per­fectly pre­served XVI century Renaissance town also known as the “Padua of the North”. Its ori­ginal for­ti­fic­a­tions and an impressive amount of com­bined Italian and Central-European archi­tecture earned it a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Transfer to Bialowieza National Park.

Bialowieza National Park is the oldest national park in Poland, one of the oldest in Europe and a natural UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Once there, you will be able to explore this park and see the European Bison Show Reserve, Park Palace, which is a beau­tiful garden, Orthodox Parish of St. Nicholas and more!

Visit to the Luknajno Lake Reserve often called the Swan Lake (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).

Malbork Castle is the medieval capital of the Teutonic Order in Eastern Europe. You will have a guided visit to the biggest red brick gothic castle in the world which earned it the title of being a “UNESCO World Heritage Site”. This is not only your chance to admire beau­tiful archi­tecture, but also to exper­ience what life was like in the past, see their tech­nology, and an antique col­lection of arms. The Castle’s cellars also host the “History of Amber” exhib­ition presenting an astounding col­lection of Baltic Sea amber including jewelry, and other products made out of amber.
